Returns Policy

Decara Home Ltd Furniture Return Policy

At Decara Home, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture and excellent customer service. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange a product. Please read our return policy carefully to understand our guidelines and procedures for returns and exchanges of items purchased at our on-line shop.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery.


3. Returns Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at or 0207 622 3388 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories and documentation.

  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the item to Decara Home, 125 Queenstown Road, London, SW8 3RH. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part.

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.


5. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement item when requesting an RMA number.

  • The replacement item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.


6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, upon return of the item.


7. Cancellation Policy:

  • If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot cancel orders after shipment.


8. Customer Responsibilities:

  • It is your responsibility to carefully inspect all items upon delivery and report any issues to us promptly.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
